The following single engine training programs are offered in conjunction with our sister company Benton Airpark, Inc.
4 weeks: 30 hours Cessna 150 dual, 10 hours Cessna 150 solo, 15 hours ground instruction, textbooks, charts and supplies, examiner’s fee additional.
Pre-requisites: FAA Third Class medical and student pilot certificate.
No DUI or narcotics convictions.
Note: Students heavier than about 190 lbs. will require training in
Cessna 172, cost increase: $ 1000.00

8 days: 4 hours Cessna 150 dual, 10 hours Piper Arrow dual, 5 hours ground instruction and briefings, examiner’s fee additional.
Pre-requisites: Private pilot airplane single engine land, 236 hours flying experience including 50 hours cross country PIC, a minimum of 10 hours instrument dual (or instrument rating), solo requirements as per FAR 61.129(a)(4), completion of knowledge exam.

3 weeks: 16 hours ATC 610 dual, 25 hours Piper Arrow dual,
6 hours ground instruction and briefings, examiner’s fee additional.
Pre-requisites: Private or commercial pilot airplane single engine land,
47 hours cross country PIC experience, completion of knowledge
exam.

Airplane Single Engine, 3 to 5 weeks: 15 hours Piper Arrow dual, 40 hours ground school and briefings.
Pre-requisites: Commercial pilot airplane single engine land with instrument
rating, completion of (2) knowledge exams.
Note: Students with weak background knowledge and/or poor communications
skills will require considerably more ground school before being able
to present the required subject areas at the instructional level.
Requires a large amount of self study and homework. Students with
rusty commercial pilot maneuvers skills will require additional flight time.

3 days: 8 hours Piper Arrow dual, 6 hours
ground school and briefings/
Pre-requisites: Commercial pilot, airplane single engine land with instrument
rating, flight instructor airplane single (or multi) engine, completion
of knowledge exam. Instrument currency and competency.
Note: Students who are rusty on instrument procedures will require additional
training. Prior instructing experience is helpful.
